B.CH Services are a specialist CNC engineering & manufacturing company based in Wingham, Kent.

We have a range of quality cutting edge lathes and milling machines that can mass produce parts with short lead times. Bespoke reverse engineering and batch manufacturing is our speciality.

We are proud to been expanding over the years with a fully experienced and very talented team of engineers. Our tool makers are a class of machinists in the manufacturing industry who make jigs, fixtures, dies, moulds, cutting tools, gauges and other tools used in manufacturing processes to the highest possible standards.

We offer a full service from reverse engineering, tool design all the way through to manufacture and installation. We are also able to offer repairs overhaul and modifications to any die and mould you may require.

With large investments in CNC controlled machines, 3D CAD software allowing us to service the needs of customers new and old. We limit our use of subcontractors meaning we can keep a touch on timelines and quality of work.

We believe hugely in loyalty, if you chose us to be a supplier for you, we want to always be a supplier to you.

We have 3 main sections to our company.

Our Engineering Department

This department is in control of all machining, CNC turning, milling, in line boring and rotary welding. Manufacturing any components from hydraulic rams to pins and bushes and even tooling in the plastics industry.

Our Fitting Department

Is in control of all mechanical electrical and hydraulic modifications and repairs. We work in Plant agricultural and plastics tooling industries.

Our Fabricating Department

Is in control of all welding and fabricating whether from a drawing or a broken part need needs to be re-welded and repaired.
